Conditions of Use

1. SCOPE / GENERAL

NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is the online shop of NATURCOIFFEUR - Wolfgang Kindle.

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter GTC) apply to all services provided by NATURCOIFFEUR.EU. By placing the order, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.

NATURCOIFFEUR.EU reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract is always decisive.

2. PRODUCTS AND OFFERS

The complete range on NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is non-binding. NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is careful to provide correct product descriptions, but these may differ from the manufacturer's description.

NATURCOIFFEUR.EU assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of these descriptions.

In any case, the customer is requested to take note of the specific product information on the product packaging before use. The product images and illustrations on NATURCOIFFEUR.EU may differ from the original and are not binding in terms of color.

3. PRICES

The product prices stated on NATURCOIFFEUR.EU at the time of the customer's order are binding. If there was an error in the price quotation, NATURCOIFFEUR.EU reserves the right to make price adjustments afterwards. In this case, the customer will be informed of this fact and can withdraw from the purchase within the period set by NATURCOIFFEUR.EU.

The prices are shown as net prices, i.e. excluding VAT. At checkout, the corresponding costs are calculated and displayed to the customer (depending on the billing address).

The shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location and the order value and are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

For deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional duties, taxes and fees apply. These are passed on to the customer.

4. REGISTRATION

Registration at NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is reserved exclusively for persons who are fully capable of acting. With the order, the customer guarantees that he is at least 18 years old, not incapacitated and capable of judgment. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. The data required for registration must be provided completely and truthfully by the customer. The customer is responsible for updating his data himself.

5. ORDER / CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time without giving reasons. NATURCOIFFEUR.EU can also withdraw from a part of the delivery or service that is still open if incorrect information has been given about the creditworthiness of the buyer or objective reasons have arisen with regard to the buyer's insolvency.

NATURCOIFFEUR.EU also has the right of withdrawal if the products are not available from the manufacturer. In this case, NATURCOIFFEUR.EU will endeavor to find a replacement solution after consultation with the customer. If the customer has no need in this regard, the two contractual parties no longer have any further rights and obligations.

6. DELIVERY

NATURCOIFFEUR.EU has a warehouse with products. Ordered goods, if in stock, will be sent within 1-5 working days. If individual goods are not in stock, the time of dispatch may be delayed depending on the manufacturer's delivery times. Delivery times are always non-binding and delivery delays do not justify claims for damages or the possibility of the customer withdrawing from the contract.

The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt and to return incorrect deliveries or defective deliveries to NATURCOIFFEUR.EU within 14 days. All products not returned for these reasons will be invoiced.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

Customers pay with PayPal, prepayment or by invoice (not all payment methods are available in all countries). The payment process is always carried out using a secure SSL encryption technology.

Costs incurred by the payment service provider are passed on to the customer (e.g. PayPal).

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

a) The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract with NATURCOIFFEUR.EU within fourteen days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

b) If the buyer wants to make use of his right of withdrawal, he must inform NATURCOIFFEUR.EU clearly in writing (by email to info@naturcoiffeur.eu) within the withdrawal period. In this case, the contract will be reversed, with the costs of returning the goods to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the goods back, NATURCOIFFEUR.EU will refund the payments received to the buyer.

c) There is no right of withdrawal for goods that have already been opened or damaged in any way or used improperly.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a) The liability of NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is otherwise based on the statutory provisions unless these terms and conditions regulate otherwise. In principle, NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is only liable for willful intent and gross negligence, regardless of the legal reason. NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is only liable for slight negligence in the event of personal injury.

The limitations of liability in these terms and conditions also apply to the personal liability of employees and vicarious agents of NATURCOIFFEUR.EU.

b) According to the current state of the art, data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and / or available at all times. NATURCOIFFEUR.EU is therefore not liable for the constant availability of the internet shop.

10. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

a) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the buyer should report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact NATURCOIFFEUR.EU immediately (by email to info@naturcoiffeur.eu).

b) The risk of accidental destruction, accidental damage or accidental loss of the delivered goods is transferred to the buyer when they are delivered to the shipping service provider.
